Active members shall be licensed practitioners of medicine who limit their practice to otolaryngology and are certified members of the American Board of Otolaryngology or the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology.

Associate
Associate members shall fulfill the same qualifications as active members except that they need not be board certified.

Retired / Honorary
Retired/Honorary members shall be practitioners who have retired from the active practice of medicine and/or are over the age of 70 or at the discretion of the society. Dues waived.

Resident
Resident members shall be a qualified physician actively training in otolaryngology in the State of Arizona. Dues waived.

Affiliate members shall be nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are directly supervised by a sponsoring Active member of the Society. Dues waived.
